Wash the spinach leaves well.

Put the all above ingredients wheat flour,spinach leaves, cumin seed powder,coriander seed powder,red chilli powder,turmeric power,carrom seeds, oil, salt into the food processor with 2 to 3 tbs of water.

Knead it well. Now dough is ready. Set a side for 15 to 20 minutes.

Then divide the dough into equal size portion and make lemon size ball.

Dust the rolling board with flour and make small round shape like puri,apply some oil and fold it. Again dust the rolling board with flour and roll it evenly.

It has to be thicker than roti. Heat the tava and cook the paratha until done on both side. Apply some oil on both side while cooking. Remove from the tava and serve hot with cucumber raita or plain curd.
