Ingredients

25 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 2 bundlespinach
  2. 1/4pumpkin
  3. 1 tspfive spices
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededoil
  8. 2-3green chillies

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop the Spinach and cube the pumpkin

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add pumpkin stir fry well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add the chopped spinach and saute well cover it till it become soft

  5. 5

    As it become soft and moist add sugar and garnish with green chillies

  6. 6

    Serve it with rice
