Soaked almond in water for 5 hours. And peel the skin and grind the almond to a paste adding half cup of milk.

Take a heavy bottomed pan, add milk bring a boil.

Now add crushed rice, stir well.

Keep stirring till the milk reduced to 3/4th of it's quantity.

Now add cardamom powder.

Add sugar and mix well till sugar dissolves.

Now add almond paste mix well.

Keep stirring, add chopped almond.

Add kewra water mix well.Now heat off.

Serve hot, warm or chilled.
