Ingredients

10 servings
  • 500 kgwhite flour
  • 100 kgbutter
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/2 tspgrounded cinnamon
  • 5table of sugar
  • 1 tinmilk
  • 2eggs
  • 1 table spoondry yeast
  • 1/2 cupwarm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all the dry ingredients in a clean bowl add the butter as too

  2. 2

    Turn them with your hand until the butter mixed probably

  3. 3

    Add the whisked eggs and mix everything with your hand until smooth

  4. 4

    Add the warm water it will be a little sticky

  5. 5

    Then knead with your hands until the dough comes out neatly off the bowl

  6. 6

    Cover with a foil and leave in a warm place to prove

  7. 7

    Put a little flour on a tray and and knead it back

  8. 8

    Cut out and mould in a round shape

  9. 9

    Put in a warm place to prove the second time

  10. 10

    Use a plastic bottle to cut off the centre to makes hole

  11. 11

    Put oil in a pan and heat up but not too hot

  12. 12

    Then fry the doughnut until golden brown

  13. 13

    Serve hot
