Pressure cook the chanawith water,salt,and whole spices for 4 whistle on high heat

Heat 2 tbspn oil in a pan,add a cumin seed and the turmeric powder

When the seed crackle,add ginger add saute for a minute

Add onion and saute till the onion is golden brown

Add tomato puree and mix well

Add chanaa masala,coriander powder,and green chillies

Mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes

Combine the flour,salt,oil,sugar,baking powder and mix well

Add yogurt and mix well

Apply little oil

Divide into6-8 equal portions

Heat oil in a pan.

Deep fry till the bhaturaa puff up and both sides slightly golden brown in colour.
