Steps

In a kadhai add 1/2 tbsp butter.and saute and soften all three pepper and keep aside

In same kadhai add remaining butter

Add onions and saute for 2 min

Add potatoes and saute for 5 min

Add garlic powder, salt, mixed herbs

Add 2 cup water and cover cook till soft

Cool and blend

Add peppers and water to maintain concestancy

Serve hot

Garnish with chopped coriander
