2 portions

500 gMinced beef
3 clovesGarlic
Ginger finely chopped
1large onion finely chopped
Oil
2large tomatoes finely chopped
1carrot finely chopped
to tasteSalt

20 minutes

Cook the minced beef in low heat with salt until it turns brown

Add all the other ingredients and cover with a lid.Cook for about 5 minutes and stir

Cook for 5 minutes and add very little water and cook until dry...yhu can add soup according to your choice

Serve with any dish of your choice.. Good for kids
