Bisi bele bhat is a one pot comfort meal. It has vegetables and lentils alongwith the protein rich quinoa. Easy prep and execution makes it more comforting to cook, eat and serve. Loved by all, kids to bachelor's to elders.
Steps

Wash quinova with fresh water 3 to 4 times and keep aside. Wash the dal and keep aside.

Heat a pressure pan with 2 tbsp oil. Temper with mustard seeds, broken red chilli and curry leaves.

Now add the chopped vegetables. Potatoes, beans, carrots in order. Saute for few seconds. Now add the remaining vegetables and saute.

Add the quinova and tuwar dal. Mix.

Add the spice powders and salt to season and tamarind paste.

Add water and pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles.

Let the pressure release naturally then open. It should have a little thin consistency else can add little water and simmer for few minutes.

Now add ghee and chopped coriander.

Serve immediately.
