  • 3cksp Palmoil
  • 2 cupsRice
  • 2Onion
  • 5 piecesFresh pepper
  • Salt
  • 3 cubesMaggi
  • 1/4 kgMeat

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil meat adding onion,Salt and Maggi cubes.

  2. 2

    Parboil the rice for 20minutes.bleach the palmoil till is transparent allow it to cool place back on the heat fry onion,maggi cubes and fresh pepper add salt,and the meat stock.

  3. 3

    Add more water then as is boiling pour in the parboiled rice.cover and let it boil till is done.
