Noodles stuffed Dosa paratha

For dough-Mix the flours together. Add salt and oil. Mixwell. Add water and knead into soft dough.

Make large sized balls from the dough. Take one ball and roll into 8inches width puri. Make another puri of the same size.

Place noodles filling evenly on one puri and spread it leaving 1/4-inch gap all around. Keep another same sized puri on top.

Seal both the puris all around using water. Fry on hot tawa on both sides adding oil.

When parantha is crispy and golden brown from both sides, remove from heat.

To serve-separate the layers. Roll each layer like dosa and serve hot.

Similarily make other dosa paranthas with noodles stuffing with remaining dough.

Serve with salad.
