In a mixing bowl take gram flour add curd, sugar, salt, 1tbsp oil, turmeric, mix it well add same water and make a paste keep aside for 20/25min

Now in a steamer add 1glass water, heat it up when water boils take a greased plate add dhokla batter then add eno Salt and pour immediately.

After 10/12 mins check with knife if ready cut into desired pieces.

Now in a pan add 1tbsp oil heat it add curry leaves, green chillies and some mustard seeds then let the seeds crackle pour it upon dhoklas and it's Done
