Steps

Make a batter with 2 eggs,corn flour, black pepper powder,ginger garlic minced and salt

Now heat oil and fry the chicken pieces,keep aside on a absorbent paper

Now add ginger garlic minced into the pan and saute

Add onion slices and capsicum cubes,saute till translucent
- 5
Add all the sauce and mix well adding water
- 6
As it starts boilng add chicken pieces and simmer
- 7
Add black pepper powder and switch off
- 8
Serve it with Chinese fried rice or noodles
