Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 bowlboiled Chana dal(Puran mixture)
  2. 1 tspDry ginger powder
  3. 1 tspcumin seed powder
  4. 1 tspcoriander powder
  5. 2dry red chilli
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tsproasted coconut crush
  10. 1 pinchasafetida
  11. 4 tspoil
  12. 2-3cloves
  13. 1bay leaf
  14. to tasteSalt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend dal, cloves, coconut crush in mixer

  2. 2

    Now take oil in pan on medium flame. Add red chilli, bay leaf, asafoetida. Then add turmeric and chilli powder, then remaining spices and daal mixture. Mix well.

  3. 3

    After 3-4 min add Puran excess water. Add more water sar must be watery.

  4. 4

    Add salt. Boiled it and ready to serve.
    Note: Other people can add ginger garlic paste.
