Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Measure your ingredients accurately, mix sugar and oil/margarine until soft and add vanilla essence.

Add the 2 eggs and thoroughly beat till they are fully combined.

In a separate bowl, sift your flour and Cinnamon powder together.

Add the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients bit by bit, add milk till you make a smooth paste.

Scoop the paste into your cupcake molds. Bake for 25-30 min till golden brown.
