  • 300 gbeef stew
  • 7potatoes
  • 4tomatoes
  • 1green pepper (hoho)
  • Dania
  • Oik for cooking
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1royco cube
  • fresh garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean meat and cut into desired sizes

  2. 2

    Boil for 20mins or till tender then boil potatoes differently.

  3. 3

    Add cooking oil, garlic onions and tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Mix green pepper and Dania. Add potatoes with little salt. Add little water then cook for 5 mins

  5. 5

    Serve with Ugali
