Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 kgwheat flour
  2. 150 gmChana dal
  3. 100 gmMoong daal
  4. 1 tbspnGinger garlic paste
  5. 1 tbspnCumin
  6. 4Green chilli
  7. 1 cupFresh chopped coriander
  8. 1 tbspGaram masala
  9. 1/2 tbspCarom seeds
  10. Oil for cooking
  11. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix wheat flour carom seed salt oil 1 tbspn and water make a dough now cover it for 15 min

  2. 2

    Now in a pressure cooker add chana daal,moong dal,salt ginger garlic paste,fresh coriander,green chilli, cumin and little water just for moist and mushy daal now give whistle until it's cook

    Now tak a wok transfer the mixture and cook to make it dry

  4. 4

    Then switch off the flame and keep it cool

  5. 5

    Now take ball size flour and flatten it with rolling pin and stuffed the mixture and cook it on tawa with oil until it's become golden brown

  6. 6

    Paratha ready serve with chutney,pickle,tea,sauce etc

  7. 7

    It's a healthy breakfast too
