Ingredients

  • 1 cupMix lentils
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • 2 tbspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 cupGhee half cup
  • 1 pinchAsefotida
  • as neededWater
  • Coriander leaves as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and pressure cook lentils along with spices except ghee

  2. 2

    Now take a fry pan add ghee heat it add asefotida and red chilli pour this on boiled daal..Mix coriander leaves in it

  3. 3

    It's very tasty version for no onion no garlic foodies
