Steps

Put first stage in bowl, mix well to activate the yeast

Add stage 2 EXCEPT water, and mix

Slowly add warm water while mixing til a soft mound of dough forms

Knead for a minute making sure its mixed and a soft mound

Transfer to the oiled bowl

Put a warm damp cloth on it

Rest for 1 hour

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Knead 30 times, divide dough into 4

On a lightly floured surface roll dough out to 1/4in thickness and slice (pizza cutter is great) to desired length or your pan length

Place sticks on a greased pan

Repeat 10, 11 til your dough is gone

Brush with eggwash and sprinkle with parsley

Bake til golden brown (10 to 30 min) (sorry my mountain life affects cooking time on everything as we have thinner air and more pressure)
