they usually look good but i only remember to take photos when they turn out terrible

Whisk milk and egg together in a big jug

Fold in flour and sugar

Heat pan with a little oil
- 4
Pour in a little bit of mixture in a pancake shape (circular) (or whatever floats your boat)
- 5
Flip when bubbles start to appear on the surface
- 6
Serve when cooked (I like pale, doughy pancakes, but cook longer if you don't.)
