Ingredients

  1. 1 CupShredded Chicken
  2. 1/4 CupHot Sauce
  3. 1/4 CupSour Cream
  4. 4 ozCream Cheese
  5. 3Green Onions, chopped
  6. 1 CupMozzarella, divided
  7. 1/4 CupBlue Cheese Crumbles
  8. 1-2 CansLarge Biscuits

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat your oven to 375°F / 190°C.

  2. 2

    Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.

  3. 3

    In a small bowl combine hot sauce, sour cream and cream cheese to make the sauce.

  4. 4

    In a medium bowl mix together the chicken, 2/3 cup of mozzarella, green onions, blue cheese and sauce.

  5. 5

    Pull apart the biscuits and flatten them to four inch rounds.

  6. 6

    Push a biscuit into each muffin cup, press firmly to cover all edges, allow some to overflow.

  7. 7

    Distribute the chicken mixture into each of the biscuit cups.

  8. 8

    Bake for about 12 minutes or until biscuit edges are golden brown.

  9. 9

    Top with extra mozzarella or blue cheese.
