Steps

Make a dough of the wheat flour adding some salt.

Mash the potatoes. Add onions green chillies coriander leaves salt hing ajwain. Mash these along with potatoes and keep aside.

Take a portion of the dough. Roll out in the shape of puri. Stuff a spoon of the stuffing and seal the edges.

Roll out into a round chapati adding some wheat flour on the rolling board.Do this gently else the stuffing will fall out.

Heat a tava. Add some ghee. Add the rolled paratha. Brush both the sides with ghee and cook till crisp on both sides.

Serve with homemade butter and pickle.
