Sieve He's An in a bowl, add baking powder and both food colours in it and mix well.

Now add milk in it and water as per requirement to make not too thick, not too watery batter.

Heat ghee in a frying pan, making boondis of it and keep them aside.

Meanwhile, add sugar and water in a pan and make sugar syrup of one string consistency and switch off the flame.

Now crush boondis little bit with your palm and add them into the sugar syrup and mix them well.

Now bind ladoos of it.

Motichoor ladoos are ready to serve now.
