Clean/wash the prawns, then put aside.

In a pan/sufuria, put cooking oil then put in the crushed ginger &garlic.

When they've slightly browned, add the prawns, royco, black pepper and garam, & let them sit for a while.

Add the onions, and the tomatoes after the onions have browned.

Stir, add a little water for the tomatoes to cook, and cover the pan for a little while.

Serve with rice or ugali.
