Firstly grind the groundnut and then add the remaining ingredients – coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, green chilli, lemon juice, jaggery, salt and water. Grind these to a fine paste.
Coriander chutney is ready to serve.
TipIf you want to store this chutney for few days, you should only remove one of the ingredient from above. Do not use water. Chutney will be little dry but the taste remains same.
