  • 1onion
  • 4big tomatoes
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • cubeRoyco

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the Sukuma wiki then keep aside

  2. 2

    Fry onions with oil till golden brown then add tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add the vegetables and mix

  4. 4

    Add royco cube and a little salt

  5. 5

    Steam the vegetables for 5mins. Serve with Ugali
