Ingredients

  1. 3Chicken legs whole
  2. marinade:
  3. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. to tasteSalt acc
  5. 1 tspRed chillies powder
  6. 1 tspHaldi powder
  7. 1 tbspDhania zebra powder
  8. 1/4 tspGaram masala
  9. 1 tbspKaju powder
  10. For frying:
  11. as neededOil
  12. 2Eggs
  13. Salt and pepper as per taste
  14. 1 pinchRed chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken legs with the marinade mentioned

  2. 2

    Let it rest for 2 hrs

  3. 3

    Whisk the eggs along with salt pepper and chilli powder

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a kadai

  5. 5

    Dip the chicken legs in the egg and fry them in hot oil

  6. 6

    Serve hot garnished with lemon juice
