Burmese cold noodles: A speciality from Burma

First of all deep fry the sliced onions. It must turn golden and crisp. Then in the same oil add the crushed garlic and turn it golden brown.

Take the boiled noodle in a pan. Add the fried onion and garlic along with the oil to it. Then add all the above mentioned ingredients except boiled egg and chopped onion.

As mention above, you need half a cup of leftover chicken or mutton curry. This could be egg curry as well that we make at home for having with rice or roti.

Add all of them together and mix well with light hands and no pressure for atleast 10 minutes.

Now garnish with chopped onions and boiled eggs. You can replace the onions if you want or just add small chicken pieces from the chicken curry to garnish in place of egg.
