Ingredients

10 minutes
3-4 servings
  • 1/2cabbage
  • 1carrot
  • 1capsicum
  • 4-5garlic chopped
  • 1 tspGinger chopped
  • 1Green chilli chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1 tspCornflour
  • 2 tspmaida/ all purpose flour
  • as neededOil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients except oil.Make balls

  2. 2

    Take appe pan

  3. 3

    Put little bit oil then put the balls in it... Flip after the colour changes and then remove it after 2 mins

  4. 4

    Prepare all the appe

    Enjoy it with your favourite sauce or schezwan chutney
