Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1and Half cup pearl rice
  2. 1/2 kgboiled beef
  3. Pilau masala, grounded
  4. Cooking oil
  5. 2onions
  6. Garlic
  7. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion with oil till golden brown then add garlic paste

  2. 2

    Add Pilau masala then cook for 5mins

  3. 3

    Add beef and cook for a few minutes

  4. 4

    Add rice and 3 and half boiled water.

  5. 5

    Add salt and cook under medium then low heat till all water is finished

  6. 6

    Serve
