Steps

Add all ingredients except flours and food colour to chicken in a bowl

Marinate the chicken and rest aside for 2 hours or overnight

Now add all 3 flours and red colour (optional) to chicken and mix well
- 4
Drop marinated chicken in hot oil and deep fry over low- medium heat until golden brown. Fry chicken in batches

Fry curry leaves over low heat unti crisp
- 6
Garnish chicken with crisp curry leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges
