  • 1 bunchspinach, cleaned and chopped finely
  • 2potatoes, diced
  • 1carrot, peeled and diced
  • 1onion, diced
  • 1 handfulfresh green beans
  • 1 tbspBenny's spice
  • 2 tbspbutter

    Boil all vegetables together except spinach

  2. 2

    Then when cooked add the spinach, butter and Benny spice mix well and serve.
