Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 2overripe banana
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1 tspnutmeg
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel bananas,add nutmeg,cinnamon and mash till completely smooth

    Add in melted butter,honey and vanilla and mix till well combined

    Add in sifted flour mixture(baking powder)I added raisin and sultana

    Pour the mixture into a loaf tin and bake it at 170° c for 40minutes

  5. 5

    Viola!! It's ready
