This sandwich is called Coronation Chicken and was born in England. 5 to 6 years ago I was invited to the house of an English friend in Cornwall to do some diving, and her mother made this for me. I learned the recipe from her and have since adapted it to this version.Bring the white wine to a boil to get rid of the alcohol.You can use any kind of dried fruits, finely chopped.This is great as a sandwich filling, but you can use it on salads too.If you make it in the evening before you go to bed, you sandwich it between slices of bread in the evening for a quick meal, so it's very convenient.
