Wash and soak rice and both lentils overnight

Drain and grind adding ginger like idly batter

Add all the spices and salt

Add chopped green chillies and coriander leaves

Mix well

Heat oil and put a ladle full of batter in between the pan

When it puffed up turn over and fry the other side on low heat

Fry till becomes golden

Place on paper towel

Fry all dhuskas like this
