  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1Ripe plantain
  • Salt
  • 1Onion
  • 2Noddles
  • 1 cloveGinger
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 1Green pepper
  • 1Sausages

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up vegetable oil,cut plantain in cubes fry till is brown.

  2. 2

    Boil the noddles wih the spices,onion,sausages,ginger,garlic and a teaspoon of vegetable oil.

  3. 3

    When is done cut the green pepper and add it turn and boil for just 2minutes.
