Ingredients

  • 6eggs boiled
  • 2large onions
  • 3red plum tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoontomato paste
  • 1/2 Teaspoonginger crushed
  • 1/2 Teaspoongarlic crushed
  • 1/2 TeaspoonMixed spices
  • 1/2 Teaspoonsoy sauce
  • 1Medium sized Hoho
  • Corriander

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot, under medium heat, fry the onions until transluscent

  2. 2

    Add garlic, ginger and mixed spices. Keep stirring for a minute.

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes and salt. cover and let cook until soft.

  4. 4

    Add the tablespoon of tomato paste. Stir and add a cup of water.

  5. 5

    Put the hard boiled eggs and soy sauce, cover for 5 mins.

  6. 6

    Finally add the hoho and corriander. Give it a final stir and serve with spaghetti or rice.
