  1. 1whole garlic
  2. Onions
  3. Ginger
  4. Salt
  5. Pilau masala
  6. 1 kgRice
  7. Beef
  8. tomato paste
  9. carrots
  10. Dhania
  11. Lemon
  12. Tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil at a low temperature

  2. 2

    Add onions,garlic,ginger mix until they are golden brown

  3. 3

    Put your beef stir,let it cook until it changes colour to brown

  4. 4

    Add pilau whole mix and pilau masala

  5. 5

    Add tomato paste and two tbsps of soy sauce for best results in terms of color change

  6. 6

    Put rice mix properly

  7. 7

    Add water according to the amount of rice used

  8. 8

    Cover to let it boil

  9. 9

    For the kachumbari,chop onions,tomatotes dhània and grate carrots

  10. 10

    Mix them together,sprinkle some salt and squeeze 1 lemon

  11. 11

    Ready to serve
