Ingredients

6 idlis
  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1 tspOil to temper
  4. 1 tspmustard seed
  5. 1 tspUrad daal
  6. as neededCurry leaves
  7. 1 tspPiri piri masala seasoning
  8. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tspEno fruit salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak suji and curd together for 15 mins

  2. 2

    Add salt,turmeric,piri piri seasoning.

  3. 3

    Temper with rai,urad daal and curry leaves.

  4. 4

    Add water to adjust consistency

  5. 5

    Heat the steamer and grease idli moulds

  6. 6

    At the time of steaming idlis add eno and steam for 15 mins

  7. 7

    Serve hot and sprinkle some piri piri seasoning.
