In In a bowl, mix water and salt to taste.add floor to make a dough.

Make the dough into small balls

Roll the balls into small circles.

Apply cooking oil on the circle dough example.if you have 5 "circles" apply on 4 of them.

Place them together (on top of each other)the oil side facing up.The last one shouldn't be having oil.

Roll them as you turn them to make sure they are uniform.

Place them on a hot pan for 2 mins each side. Turn then peal the top one until they are all separated.

Now its time to cut into 1/4.take the top one and fold it into two halves..use it to cut to make those triangles.

Place the "triangles"on each other and cut the edges to have uniform size ones.

Make a paste on a small bowl with water and floor.

Place one"triangle" at a time on the side...apply your paste on the top right side of it. Fold the left side towards the paste then the right side(the paste side)place it on the folded part to make a bag. Repeat the process until you make the "bags" you need.

Our chicken....cut it into tiny pieces (you can mince it)ads it in a pot to cook add salt..cook until it no more juices are coming out...add onions,celery and spices. cook until the onions and the celery ate tender. Remove it from heat and put it in a container. Add your Dania and let it cool.

Now stuff your "bags with the chicken. Tuck in to close the" bag"apply your paste on the part left and fold it to close the"bag". Repeat the procedure until you have as many samosas as you want.

In warm oil,add your samosa in add let it cook till slightly brown.

Serve with lemon cut on side
