Ingredients

3 servings
  • 2 tablespoonbesan
  • 2 tablespoonSuji
  • 6bread slices
  • 1 tablespoonCoriander leaves roughly chopped
  • 1onion roughly chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonajwain
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchturmeric powder
  • Water to make a batter
  • Oil for shallow fry toast

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly i take a big bowl put all ingredients in it

  2. 2

    And mix well and Make a thick batter like pakoda batter

  3. 3

    Take a non stick Tava and heat on a flame

  4. 4

    When the tava is heated sprinkle some oil in it

  5. 5

    Take one bread and dip the batter completely then keep it on the tava

  6. 6

    Add little oil and fry toast from both side.

  7. 7

    Ready to eat..serve with chilli sauce enjoy..
