Add ur yeast into ur warm water stir to dissolve all yeast leaving no clusters. Mash your plantain u can remove the vain.

Now sieve ur flour to avoid lumps nd particles. Add ur milk, nutmeg, salt nd sugar nd mix to d sieved flour nd mix very well.

After mixing mk a hole inside add the yeast nd warm water solution nd mix thoroughly till it has a consistency like DAT of won't run off d spoon like akara.

Add ur mashed plantain to the mixture nd mix.

Now cover allow to sit in a cool place like ur oven or cupboard for 45mins - 1hrs to allow it rise nd let d yeast act. By DAT time it will be about 2 times d size of ur mixture wit holes on top. Add ur pepper now nd mix

Put ur frying pan nd oil on fire nd allow to heat. To knw oil is hot enough scoop in batter nd if it sizzles nd comes up to d surface its hot enough. Now scoop in ur desired sizes nd watch it turn golden brown, flip nd let d oda brown too nd scoop out to ur sieve.

Serve with juice, smoothie, tea, coffee etc or u can snack on it alone
