Ingredients

  • 250gMargarine
  • Caster sugar
  • Lemon zest
  • All purpose flour
  • Baking powder
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla extract
  • Milk

Steps

    Cream the margarine,sugar and zest

  2. 2

    Mix eggs and vanilla extract

  3. 3

    Beat the eggs into the butter and sugar

  4. 4

    Fold in the flour

  5. 5

    Add milk to achieve a dropping consistency

  6. 6

    Grease the baking tin

  7. 7

    Deposit the mixture in the baking tins

  8. 8

    Bake at 165°C for 45minutes
