Ingredients

  • Maize flour
  • Water
  • Kales
  • Meat
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2royco cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    In ba cooking pot with boiling water add little by little maize flour to prepare the ugali.

  2. 2

    Place a separate cooking pan on fire then add in onions amd cooking oil.

  3. 3

    After the onions are well cooked add in the nicely chopped tomatoes and pre-boiled meat, cover and let the tomatoes cook well.

  4. 4

    When ready add in the kales and a bit of salt to taste, cover and allow it to cook for 5 minutes. Dont forget to add in royco cubes in this last stage.

  5. 5

    Now the meal is ready serve while hot and enjoy.
