Boil your lamb pieces with black pepper to tender, add cooking oil, pinch of salt and fry them to golden brown

To the lamb, add the grated garlic, ginger and onions then saute them to golden brown

Add the chopped tomatoes, capsicum and simmer them into a fine sauce

Add your soy sauce, a little bit of water for your soup and heat for a few minutes

Sprinkle your chopped coriander then squeeze your lemon on top and heat for a few seconds

Once ready serve and enjoy
