#Harabhara kebabs masala( curry) is a new variation of Punjabi palak subzi. Harabhara kebabs added in spinach- fenugreek gravy and served with oats- wheat parathas and masala buttermilk as a complete healthy lunch meal.
#Curry is nutritious as it's full of green vegetables...as well as rich in iron and protein.

Prepared Harabhara kebabs as per my recipe shared before.Wash and roughly chopped spinach and fenugreek leaves.Chopped onion.

Cook spinach and fenugreek leaves in salt water for few minutes.Strain extra water. Grind onion, green chillies, ginger garlic and cooked spinach and fenugreek leaves..in mixer grinder to smooth paste.

In non stick pan add,heat ghee.. splutter cummin seeds add spinach- fenugreek liquid mixture,mix well add salt,garam masala..cook for 5 mins.

Add prepared harabhara kebabs..at time of serving.Serve hot with oats-wheat parathas.

For oats-wheat parathas..take 3/4 cup oats flour,3/4 cup wheat flour, 2 tsp oil,salt to taste bind into firm dough...make 6 parathas from it.

For masala buttermilk:11/2 cup fresh curds whisked...add 3 cups chilled water & salt to taste.. blend well..Add 1/4 tsp green chilli- ginger paste,..Add tempering of 1/4 tsp cummin seeds& few curry leaves.on prepared buttermilk.. garnish with chopped coriander leaves.serve chilled.

Nutritious value of one serving of harabhara kebabs masala (curry)..215 calories..2 oats-wheat wheat parathas-220 calories..& 1 glass of buttermilk-40 calories.
