1 kgcrumbled Cake or less
Whipping cream/buttercream
Strawberry for garnishing

Steps

Crumble your cake to very fine pieces..use your hands or a food processor

Add a little whipping or buttercream at a time to your crumbled cake till it comes together

Use a spoon or ice cream scoop to scoop your mixture.. Use your hands to mould it

Place a layer of cream between two cookies... Garnish with strawberry

Refrigerate for about 30 mins before serving(it is recommended)
