3 cupsflour
250 gbutter
2eggs, beaten
Pinchsalt
1 cupcold water
1 bunchspinach, cleaned and chopped
1potato, chopped
1/2onion, chopped
1/2green pepper, chopped
2 tbspmargarine
1 spooncream of mushroom powdered soup
Pinchblack pepper
50 ggrated cheese

For pastry mix all the ingredients together to form the dough

Fry all onion and peppers until tender

Add spinach and potato

Add cream of mushroom, black pepper and aromat for taste

Roll the dough and shape in rounds spoon the filling into the dough and brush the corners with beaten eggs and close it. Bake for 20 minutes at 180'c in a preheated oven. Let cool then enjoy.
