Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly.

Add the oil and ensure it is evenly mixed in, until smooth...with no lumps

Add water little by little, mixing it using your hands, until all the flour is well incorporated and you feel the dough is soft and does not stick on your hands.

In a greased bowl, place the dough and allow it to rest for 10 - 15 minutes, while covered. this will make the dough more soft.

Roll out the whole dough and apply some oil all around the top side.

Cut the dough into strips and roll them. allow to rest for 5 minutes.

Roll out the portioned pieces to make a round shape

In a medium heated pan, place the rolled out dough until it starts to brown slightly, flip the other side and let it slightly brown too.

Apply a little oil all round, flip and do the same on the other side. allow the spots to be golden brown in color. flip it two more times.

Repeat steps 8 and 9 respectively to the rest of the dough.
