Ingredients

  • 1/4meat
  • Water
  • Cooking oil
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • Irish potatoes
  • Royco
  • Table salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil meat for 20 mins

  2. 2

    Fry onions to golden brown

  3. 3

    Put tomatoes and stir to make paste

  4. 4

    Add salt and royco

  5. 5

    Put 5 irish potatoes and stir

  6. 6

    Add water and cook until the potatoes are tender

  7. 7

    Put the boiled meat, stir and let it cook for 5 mins

  8. 8

    Serve with either ugali, chapati or rice
