Ingredients

  • 1beetroot grated
  • 1/2 cupsoaked and cooked brown channa
  • 1 cupRice cooked
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 teaspoonChole masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoonChilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonAmchur
  • 1 teaspoonroasted Kasuri methi crushed
  • 1 teaspoongrated ginger
  • For tadka
  • 2 teaspoonOil
  • 1 teaspoonMustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoonjeera
  • handfulCurry pata
  • Hing little bit

Steps

  1. 1

    First add oil in pan heat it then add mustard seeds jeera hing curry pata then let it splutter add beetroot cook well with salt to this add brown Chanaand cook well with all the masala. Then add rice add salt to the rice. Plate it and add roasted Kasuri methi and serve with curds.
